Load Out of Ammonia Injection Package

Recently, Vortex successfully loaded out this Ammonia Injection Pump which headed north to the Fort McMurray oilsands. As always, our experienced design and production team completed this package to our customer’s specifications and transported it to site to be put into production. The scope of work included mechanical and structural design for MDMT of -45 deg C, fabrication of skid, low temp sour vessel and stainless steel piping, specialized NDE (PMI, ferrite testing, LPI, RT) procurement of specialized pumps, valves and other components, blast paint, assembly and load out.
