Scope of Work

Fabrication of skid and piping, mounting of compressor, motor, lube oil pump, cooler, assembly of piping systems for process, lube oil, cooling water, nitrogen purge, instrument air, and compressor vent/drain including all instrumentation, tubing and electrical. Blast, paint and external coating. Motor / compressor alignment, lube oil flush test, preservation, loadout. Registration of process piping with ABSA.

Lube Oil/Nitrogen Purge/Instrument Air piping: 304 SS, 285 psig @ -10 / 100 deg F, 0” corrosion allowance, 10% RT Cooling Water piping: RTCS, 285 psig @ -10 / 100 deg F, 1/16” corrosion allowance, 10% RT
